The Easiest Homemade Mayonnaise Ever

The Easiest Homemade Mayonnaise Ever | FoodsOfOurLives.com

Have you ever tried making homemade mayonnaise? I typically try to make it rather than buy it so as to skip out on all the yucky, unnecessary ingredients they put in there.

But sometimes I just don’t feel like fiddling with it.

And my husband doesn’t particularly care for the ones I have made in the past. I have tried several different ones and, meh, they’ve been ok but not great.

The only one we really loved was one made with sorrel, which is a lemony flavored green and made a really nice addition to the mayo.

At any rate, I found myself without mayonnaise last week and didn’t feel like making any and decided I would just buy one of the expensive ‘healthy’ ones, but then I got to the store and I just couldn’t bring myself to spend like $12 on something I knew I could make for WAY less.

I came home and decided to make my own version and this is what I came up with. It’s simple, it’s easy and it only has 3 ingredients and it tastes amazing.

Boom.
