Place the whole egg and egg yolk in a food processor and run until the eggs are light in color and thick.
With the processor running, SLOWLY and I mean SLOWLY drizzle the oil into the eggs until the mixture is thick and creamy and all the oil has been drizzled in.
Add a pinch of salt and you're done!
