Ingredients
  • 1 cooked chicken breast, cooled and shredded
  • 1 carrot shredded
  • ½ red bell pepper, minced
  • 1 stalk celery, minced
  • ¼ cup yellow onion, minced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 tablespoon, minced cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • About 1 cup spicy avocado hummus
    IF YOU CANNOT FIND THE AVOCADO HUMMUS COMBINE:
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • ½ cup garlic hummus
  • 1 teaspoon minced jalapeƱos
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
Preparation Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Serve over fresh greens, as a sandwich or a wrap.
