Chicken Curry Salad

Serves: 2-3 servings
- 16oz cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 celery stalk, minced
- 1 apple, diced (you can peel it if you prefer but I'm to lazy for such things)
- ⅓ cup raisins
- 3 tablespoons minced red onion
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- ¾ cup plain yogurt
- This is the easy part. Simply combine all the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and stir until combined.
- Serve as a sandwich or on a bed of greens.
- Done.
