Chicken Curry Salad

Ingredients
  • 16oz cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 celery stalk, minced
  • 1 apple, diced (you can peel it if you prefer but I'm to lazy for such things)
  • ⅓ cup raisins
  • 3 tablespoons minced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • ¾ cup plain yogurt
Preparation Instructions
  1. This is the easy part. Simply combine all the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and stir until combined.
  2. Serve as a sandwich or on a bed of greens.
  3. Done.
