Easy Dijon Pork Chops

Ingredients
  • 6 medium cut pork chops
  • ¼ cup dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon rubbed sage
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
Preparation Instructions
  1. Preheat a grill or griddle to medium high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the mustard, sage, salt, pepper and olive oil.
  3. Divide the mixture between the pork chops and then rub all over each one on both sides.
  4. Grill the chops over medium high heat until you have some nice grill marks, about 3 minutes on each side (depending on how thick your chops are).
  5. Remove from griddle and let rest for about 5 minutes and serve.
