Serves: 4

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup plus 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh chopped rosemary
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 8 thin cut pork chops, bone-in
Preparation Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients together in a gallon size zip-top bag, set aside.
  2. Turn your grill onto high heat (I have also broiled these in the winter when I was too chicken to go out in the snow and that works too).
  3. After about 20 minutes or so in the marinade, sear the pork chops over high heat, about 4 minutes on each side or until the juices run clear.
  4. Serve warm and enjoy!
