Aunt Gretchen’s Jello

Share

Aunt Gretchen's Jello I have been in love with this jello for *years*. Probably the creamy factor in it. Fruit in jello? Ehh, whatever…but add a little sour cream and buddy, I am there. My Aunt Gretchen made this for our family get togethers when I was growing up. We would all converge at Ma and Papa’s house for Thanksgiving and Christmas, there would kids running all over the place and Ma would yell at them to slow down and the dogs would all be waiting for scraps as Uncle Steven carved the turkey and I would be looking forward to Aunt Jeannie’s Chocolate Cream Pie and Coconut Cream Pie (I never could figure out which I liked better so I always just took both) and this jello. When I moved to other side of the country I made sure to get this recipe so I could still have it, even when away from the family get togethers. It’s very easy, you just have to be home all day to add the layers as it chills
