Marshmallows 'n' Peanut Butter Cake Batter Ice Cream

Ingredients
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cups granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon table salt
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • ⅓ cup peanut butter
Preparation Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients, except the marshmallows and peanut butter into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into your ice cream maker and run according to manufacturers instructions.
  4. Once the ice cream is done in the maker, stir in the marshmallows and peanut butter.
  5. Serve at once or place in the freezer. If you put it in the freezer, set it on the counter for about 15 minutes before serving.
